Our Services are intended to support personal exploration and reflection. Each client's experience is individual, and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.
The specific nature, duration, format, and price of each service will be described on the applicable service or booking page.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary.
3. Important Disclaimer: Nature and Limitations of Intuitive Services
Our intuitive-based services are offered for personal, spiritual, and reflective purposes only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, our Services do not constitute:
-
Medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare advice.
-
Psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment.

Legal, financial, investment, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
-
A substitute for care or guidance from a qualified, licensed professional.
You are responsible for deciding how, whether, and to what extent you use or interpret information shared during a session.
Any intuitive impressions, interpretations, reflections, or guidance are subjective and should not be treated as verified facts, guarantees, predictions, or definitive statements about another person or future event.
If you have a medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional concern, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being before, during, and after a session.
4. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any particular result, realization, emotional response, personal transformation, relationship outcome, financial outcome, or future event arising from the use of our Services.
Experiences and interpretations may differ from person to person. Your participation does not create a guarantee that an intuitive impression or interpretation will prove accurate or produce a particular outcome.
Any testimonials or examples shared on our website represent individual experiences and should not be understood as a promise that you will have the same experience.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you reside, you may use paid Services only where legally permitted and with any consent or involvement required from a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a booking where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, appropriate professional boundaries, or the proper operation of our business.

Where payments are processed through Wix or another payment provider, the processing of payment information may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction you initiate.
We reserve the right to update service prices for future bookings. A price change will not retroactively alter a confirmed booking except as permitted by law or agreed with you.
Any taxes, payment fees, or other charges will be handled as disclosed during checkout or as required by applicable law.
8. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Please review the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms presented on the booking page or provided to you before completing your purchase. Any service-specific policy communicated at booking forms part of your agreement, subject to applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated in an applicable booking policy:
-
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as reasonably possible.
-
If you cannot attend a session, please notify us promptly.

If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and arrange a replacement appointment or an appropriate refund where applicable.
Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with the disclosed booking policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Client Conduct and Boundaries
We aim to provide a respectful and supportive virtual environment.
You agree not to use our Services to engage in unlawful conduct, harassment, threats, abusive behavior, or conduct that materially interferes with the delivery of a session.
We may end a session or decline future bookings if a client's conduct creates a safety concern, violates these Terms, or makes it unreasonable to continue providing the service.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, any refund following an early termination will be assessed under the applicable booking policy and the circumstances involved.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your use of our website and Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be processed through our website, Wix, newsletter tools, booking systems, and other service providers.
We respect the personal nature of intuitive sessions and will handle information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
However, ordinary email and virtual communication platforms may not be completely secure. You should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information through these channels.
Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not promise that a session is legally privileged or that every communication is protected by a professional confidentiality privilege.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address a safety issue or protect legal rights, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Sessions will not be recorded by us. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute a session without our prior permission and any consent required from other participants.
11. Intellectual Property

You may use materials supplied during a session for your own personal, non-commercial purposes unless we expressly authorize another use in writing.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Booking a session does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
12. Website Use and Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted by Wix. Certain features, including online booking, payments, email communications, and virtual meeting tools, may be provided by third parties.
We do not control all third-party platforms, their availability, or their independent terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, outages, or actions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its security or operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict website access for maintenance, security, technical issues, or other legitimate operational reasons.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiffany Kay Expressions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our website or Services.
We are not responsible for decisions you make or actions you take based on information, interpretations, or impressions shared during an intuitive session.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a particular paid service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights you may have that cannot be waived or restricted by agreement.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of our website or Services, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or other matters for which indemnification is prohibited by law.
15. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, such as major internet or platform outages, power failures, natural disasters, serious illness, or governmental restrictions.
Where such circumstances affect a confirmed session, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you and arrange an appropriate alternative, subject to applicable law and the relevant booking policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, website features, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain your agreement before applying material changes to an existing booking or contractual relationship.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by the laws of Maine, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services will be handled by the courts or other dispute-resolution bodies with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
18. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service-specific booking terms, form the agreement governing your use of our website and Services, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.
A failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
